Julie L. Elliott
Julie L. Elliott, Esquire has practiced family law in Colonial Heights, Chesterfield and the surrounding areas since 1996. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the College of William and Mary. Ms. Elliott served as President of the Colonial Heights Bar Association. Ms. Elliott attended Colonial Heights High School and currently lives in Chesterfield with her husband and children. She stays busy with both the children’s activities and community service activities. Ms. Elliott is the daughter of Robert C. Elliott, II, founder of the Elliott Law Firm. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to work closely with her father for many years before his passing. Mr. Elliott was a role model, mentor, and friend to many in the legal community.

Richmond A. Wollstein
Richmond A. Wollstein, Esquire has been practicing law in Virginia since 1991 when he graduated from the Law School at the University of Richmond. His areas of focus are all aspects of family law to include divorce, child custody and visitation matters, child support issues, spousal support, and division of marital property. Mr. Wollstein also represents clients who are charged with criminal and traffic offenses. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wollstein received graduate degrees in Health Administration and Clinical Psychology.

Rebecca E. Duffie
Rebecca E. Duffie (Beth) has been practicing primarily family law for twenty-four years in the Colonial Heights and the surrounding areas. She has been with the Elliott Law Firm since 1990. She has served as President of the Colonial Heights Bar and is currently the Virginia State Bar Liaison for the Colonial Heights Bar. She was President of the Metro Richmond Family Law Bar Association from 2009 to 2010. She currently serves as a Member at Large on the Executive Committee of Conference of Local Bar Associations. She enjoys working on retirement orders and equitable distribution cases as well as working on property settlements, custody matters and support matters. Her husband is a retired military JAG officer and she has two children.
